Cloud County Health Center
Concordia is served well by the medical community. The Cloud County Health
Center is a 25-bed hospital. The Family Care Center is located on the third
floor. The hospital was originally built by the Sisters of St. Joseph, replacing
the facility now occupied by Manna House of Prayer.
Cloud County Community College
CCCC was established in 1966, with the first classes taught from Concordia
High School. The current facility was built in 1968-1969. Today traditional
classes are taught on campus in Concordia and at the Geary County campus.
Community Education classes are offered in a number of communities in the
region. Online classes are also available. (785-243-1435)
The school district has approximately 1105 students attending kindergarten
through grade 12. There are 120 certified staff members in the district, and
100 support personnel. The district covers 336 square miles of Cloud County.
Concordia is host for the Learning Cooperative of North Central Kansas.

library was constructed in 1976, when the space at the Carnegie Library was
